A Holiday Story

The wayward artist climbed the mountain seeking guidance from the great guru.

At the top she only found a tiny, diaper-clad mouse. Never the less, having climbed 12,000 feet, I mean he’s still a guru…

“Oh wise one,” she asked, “what’s the reason for the ____ing season?”

But the venerable sage could not utter a word of the human tongue, so we can only guess that he answered thus:

a) to rid thyself of much currency       

b)  to re-acquaint thyself with the sacred texts and chants

c) to seek the guidance of small rodents

d) your guess is as good as mine
